Falconwood Retreat, so called because of the falcons that hunt the area, was built originally as a family retreat to take advantage of the great Denmark environment with its beaches, rugged coast, tall timbers, temperate climate and it's tranquility.

Friends suggested we make it a holiday retreat. We did so and have since had guests from the United States, United Kingdom,Singapore, Canada, Ireland, Finland (some now having visited twice), and most states in Australia.

Without exception all enjoyed their holiday vacation time here and referred friends and relatives and have themselves become friends.
